ALL SOO SANTAI BEAN BAGS CHAIR ARE MADE WITH CARE.
Quality and guarantee
Only the highest quality fabrics are used.
The SOO SANTAI Guarantee covers the unlikely advent of faulty material or workmanship for 6 months, but excludes misuse, neglect and standard wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required.
SOO SANTAI guarantees it’s Bean bag chairs from material defects and workmanship for the 6 months from the provable date of purchase.
This guarantee is valid only to the original purchaser and is not Transferable or assignable. The purchaser is required under this guarantee to provide proof of purchase.
In the event you observe a defect, immediately contact us by email. You must supply proof of date and place of purchase.
We will repair or replace products at our discretion.
YOUR SOO SANTAI BEAN BAGS CHAIRS WILL NOT BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED IF THE PRODUCT IS :
- Taken apart
- Tampered with or altered
- Repaired or serviced by an unauthorized repairer
- Brand logos, tags, and warning labels are removed
GUARANTEE IS ALSO INVALID IF PRODUCT IS/ HAS BEEN:
- Soiled - Burned - Punctured - Neglected - In an unsanitary condition - Carelessly or unreasonably treated - Abused, damaged, or used in any manner other than it's intended purpose - Cleaned contrary to manufacturers cleaning guidelines
